The Delorean Time Machine (Version 2015)

This Lego model is a time machine mockup of the movie "Back to the future".
After the first try in 2008, I tried again in 2014. New Lego bricks and experience of the last years let me make this new project. In 2014 also the lego model 21103 CUUSOO appeared, a small version of the time machine in minifig scale. However, my opinion was: due to the small scale, this modell does not refelct the dynamic shape of the car.
I had the following goals to make it better:

The dynamic shape of the orginal car of the DeLorean Motor Company should be modelled as best as possible. This should include the slopy hood and side shape.
It should be possible to open the wing doors.
Some parts of the 21103 kit should be integrated: the flux capacitor, the time machine control and the licence plate.
The studs should be hidden, i.e. all areas are covered by tiles.

However, I had to give up some goals:

In order to reproduce the complex shapes, the model is twice the minifig scale.
Only the 1985 variation of the car exists, there is no flying variant or the variant with electronics on the hood.
